Yes, No Doubt This Works

On March 5th, we summited Mt. Washington.


It was my 2nd attempt.


But I had done it hundreds of times.


How can that be?


In my mind, I visualized it over and over.


I knew why I lost last time, so to speak.


It was my fear of heights. I knew my best shot was to see myself, morning after morning, getting up the ‘steeps’ with no troubles.


It worked.


Visualization is one of the cornerstones of my routine. See and be in the theater of your mind, succeeding at something you want to achieve.


When you visualize, your mind cannot tell the difference between physically doing the thing or if it is just up in your imagination.


Powerful stuff if you decide to add it into your repertoire.
